Moonstone is a stone of change and new beginnings. It is closely associated with the moon and intuition.  Moonstone is a stone for inner growth and strength.  It is a very personal stone and an excellent stone to use in meditation to understand oneself. Its most powerful effect is that of calming the emotions, promoting intuition, empathy, vivid dreaming, and can enhance psychic abilities.  This gemstone is often called the woman’s stone.  It is excellent for PMS, conception issues, pregnancy, childbirth, and breast feeding.

Place a moonstone on the front dip of each shoulder.  2. Place the last moonstone touching the top of your head (resting on floor or bed). 3. Shortly there will be a deep relaxation and a soothing energy flowing through the body. 4. After 5 – 10 minutes, remove the stones and remain in this quiet position until ready to get up.

Have you taken the time to listen to the healing sounds of birds singing? I am one that loves waking up very early to the sounds of  birds chirping and singing.  It is always a mystery why the beautiful singers are always hidden in the trees, while the crows walk around having no fear even when they are joined by humans traipsing around them.  They continue cawing and squawking to each other.  If you have patience and join in on their conversations, they might even talk with you. These large noisy black birds almost overshadow the singers in the trees, but I have become fascinated and very found of the crows. We learn from them that we can let our voices be heard.  Thank you our fine feathered friends for all the healing sounds you share with us.

Taking stairs at home, work, and especially outdoors dramatically affect your personal vibration. In Melissa Alvarez book, 365 Ways to Raise Your Frequency, she discusses the increased frequency benefits besides physical exercise with her #276 Take The Stairs. How simple to integrate taking stairs as a useful tool to get us into an “increasing frequency” mindset at any point of the day.

Going Up: Concentrate on ways to raise your energy. Focus on being positive and as you climb consider all your options where your increased vibrational frequency is going to be useful. Is it working on a special project, being more outgoing, or reading a book? When you reach the top of the stairs, start putting your positive thoughts into action.

Going Down: Taking the stairs down can accomplish a slightly different type of energy increase. Walking downstairs, release any negativity you have accumulated, and begin re-grounding yourself with each step. Imagine that all stress and excess energy is being released from the soles of your feet into the stairs.
