Black Tourmaline Energy Earth Net
July 12th, 2013 | Posted by in GEMSTONESCreate a strong energy connection to the earth and realign the body’s energies by using eight pieces of Black Tourmaline for an energy alignment layout. This energy net help tensions in bones and muscles relax and physical balance improve. This connection to the earth is a prerequisite for effective grounding and protective support. Energy net is also useful after travel because it can reduce effects of jetlag.
ENERGY EARTH NET EXERCISE:
1. Use a green cloth to lie on (white sheet for second choice). It is best to have the layout where your head will be to the north.
2. The eight Black Tourmalines will be aligned to the same imaginary point in the center of the body. Put four tourmalines pointing inwards in a cross – one above the head aligned with one between the feet. The other two on each side outside of arms midway down the body.
3. Place the remaining four tourmalines as shown on the layout in the above picture so all are aligned and cross at the same point in the center of the body.
4. Lie down and rest inside this cross-shaped energy pattern. Remain in the energy net for five to ten minutes, then when you have removed the Black Tourmalines, spend at least 15 minutes resting before returning to normal activity.

Emotional Release-Balloon Exercise

Alla Svirinskaya in her book Energy Secrets The Ultimate Well-Being Plan, shares the Balloon Exercise to let go of the past. She claims this exercise will help get rid of old matter which helps bring balance. You will need a pack of balloons any size or color and a needle before starting Balloon Exercise below:
1. Blow up balloon slowly. With each exhale, breathe out all the unpleasant emotions and memories you have, that you want out of your system.
2. Once balloon is fully inflated, and full of your old “stuff”, tie a knot in it.
3. Take balloon in one hand and the needle in the other. Close your eyes, breathe, and imagine a situation that has burdened you. When your emotional response becomes almost overwhelming, pop the balloon!
4. It is important not to premeditate when to pop the balloon. Let it happen almost spontaneously. If you can manage this, you will have a very powerful reaction. The sudden sound will free up the energy and push the blockage out of the aura. Keep the pack of balloons handy for more emotional release surgery!
Forgiveness Affirmation Exercises

Learning to let go and to forgive is to break the bonds with your past and go forward to your future. The secret of forgiving someone is not for them - it is for you! Listed below are several helpful affirmation exercises followed by examples of Forgiveness Affirmations. Remember affirmations are the same as doing any type of repetitive exercise to change or learn a new behavior. I invite you to choose one of the Affirmation Exercises to practice FORGIVENESS!
FORGIVENESS AFFIRMATION EXERCISES
1. Select and recite a forgiveness affirmation in the morning, at midday, in the evening.
2. Write or say a forgiveness affirmation at least 40 times daily 40 days. It takes 40 days to impress upon the unconscious “reacting” mind all that you desire and dream. It then becomes automatic behavior in the conscious “acting” mind. (Helpful Hint – put 40 beads or beans in a cup and take out a bean when you say each affirmation. You will not have to focus on counting your affirmations.)
EXAMPLES OF FORGIVENESS AFFIRMATIONS
I let go and forgive those that have harmed me. I AM free!
I forgive my family and embrace them with Love and compassion.
I forgive everybody and everybody forgives me. I now go forward to live my life.
I am forgiving, loving, gentle and kind and am safe in the knowledge that life loves me.
Forgiveness brings me emotional and mental freedom.
