Create Animal Guide TotemAre you ready to have fun today?  I am inviting you to use your imagination to create your own Chakras’ Animal Guide Totem.  Divide a blank piece of paper into three columns.  The center column is where I built my totem starting from the bottom Earth Chakra (sometimes referred to Earth Star) to the top chakra above the Crown (sometimes referred to Soul Star).  Allow your intuition to select what animal you think best represents each of the nine chakras.  Sketch or paste pictures of the animals you choose for each chakra.  You will probably be moved to pick your favorite animals.

In the left hand column of my paper, after completing my Chakra Animal Guide Totem, I looked up on the internet what Totem Lesson each of my animals could teach me. Then in the right hand column I looked up Dreamtime Messages if visited by these animals.

Below is an example of how I worked on my Chakra Animal Guide Totem (without the animals drawn).  This exercise is like a journaling exercise.  Some might consider it a vision board exercise.  I was extremely fortunate that my dearest friend took my collage of animals stacked on top of each other and did a beautiful pencil etching of my Chakra Animal Totem.  It is one of my most cherished pieces of art.  ENJOY – YOUR ANIMAL GUIDES’ PERSONAL MESSAGES!!!

Universal Healing Mantra Ra Ma Da Sa

Ra Ma Da Sa connects you with the pure healing energy of the universe. It is considered one of the most powerful mantras known and is extraordinarily effective in dealing with health challenges. It works on many levels; the mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical.

Universal Healing Mantra Ra Ma Da SaSit in easy pose with your legs crossed and spine straight, or sit in a chair with feet flat on the floor.  Eyes are closed and focused at the third-eye point.  Mantra: Ra Ma Da Sa, Sa Say So Hung should be sung in one complete exhalation.

As you chant the first Sa, your navel point is pulled in so that this syllable is abbreviated. You should also pull your navel point in as you chant HungHung should be vibrated at the root of the nose. The rest of the syllables are drawn out in a strong, powerful chant at full volume throughout the meditation. Time: 11 minutes.

End: Inhale deeply, hold your breath and visualize the person you want to send healing to (it can be yourself). Make that image in your mind very clear and see a glowing green light around the person. Exhale. Inhale deeply, hold your breath and continue to send the person healing green light. Still keeping that vision in your mind, exhale. For the last time, inhale deeply, hold your breath and see the person very clearly, see the green healing light bathing the person, bathing every cell in the body. Exhale and relax.

 Triple Warmer Tap for Fear

The Triple Warmer Tap is from Donna Eden’s book Energy Medicine for Women. When you are caught in fear, anxiety, or a phobia, tapping a point on the triple warmer meridian (gamut spot in EFT), which governs the fight-or-flight response, can alleviate the fear.  The following exercise takes about a minute or as needed to “sedate” your feeling of fear or stress:

Triple Warmer Tap For Fear1. Place the hand to be tapped over the center of your chest.

2. With your other hand, tap it on the valley between the ring finger and little finger, above the knuckle (toward the wrist).  Tap firmly, about 10 times, breathing deeply.

3. Pause and take another deep breath.

4. Tap about 30 more times.

5. Repeat steps above switching hands.

 

 

A.M.Inner Smile Exercise

This is a wonderful little jewel called ’The Inner Smile’ Exercise found in Dr. Alla Svirinskaya’s book Energy Secrets. The Ultimate Well-Being Plan.  Perform the following exercise first thing in the morning, which helps lighten up your astral body, the body of your emotions:

A.M. Inner Smile Exercise

1.   As you awake, turn over on back, with arms and legs relaxed and long.  Take a deep breath and slowly exhale the stale night air.  Repeat 3 times.

2.  Now move the toes on the right foot a few times—lift the big toe up slightly while the other toes dip slightly. Repeat with left foot.

3.  Move to your fingers and hands. Take the tip of the left thumb and lightly shake it.  Repeat with right thumb.

4.  Smile to yourself—it turns your whole morning and day into a celebration, while still in bed!

5.  Take a deep breath, first fill the lungs and then the stomach.  Hold your breath, then exhale from the stomach then the lungs. Continue the deep breathing but, in place of holding your breath, smile. So inhale, pause and smile, then exhale. Make your smile wide and sincere.  Eyes relaxed (imagine looking at a sky full of stars).

6.  Continue smiling and visualize the color pink.  Breathe in very deeply so the color fills your whole body.  Pink is the energy of love, which takes over all your body.  Every cell is radiating the color pink.

7.  It is helpful to include the following affirmation while keeping the smile: “What I have lost I do not regret. The way into the future is free.  I am a new liberated person.”  The author recommends repeating the affirmation convincingly and energetically five to ten times.

Kritan Kriya Mudra Meditation

The Kirtan Kriya Mudra Meditation is a simple exercise with many benefits. It reduces stress levels, increases circulation in the brain, promotes focus and clarity, and stimulates mind-body-spirit connection. Practicing Kirtan Kriya 12 minutes a day has shown to improve blood flow in areas of the brain relating to memory.

Following are the directions for Kirtan Kriya Meditation with Mantras:

  1. Sit in an upright position on the floor or in a straight backed chair. Rest your hands on your knees with palms facing upwards.
  2. Chant the syllables Sa, Ta, Na, Ma - lengthen the ending of each sound as you repeat them, …aaaaaaaaah.Kritan Kriya Mudra Meditation
  3.  Touch your index finger tip (Jupiter) to the tip of your thumb as you chant Sa.
  4. Touch your middle finger tip (Saturn) to the tip of your thumb as you chant Ta.
  5. Touch your ring finger tip (Sun) to the tip of your thumb as you chant Na.
  6. Touch your pinky tip (Mercury) to the tip of your thumb as you chant Ma.
  7. Do the finger movements described in steps 3-6 as you chant in the following sequence:
    • Chant out loud for 2 minutes
    • Chant in a whisper for 2 minutes
    • Chant in silence for 4 mintues
    • Chant in a whisper for 2 minute
    • Chant out loud for 2 minutes

 

Gemstone Treatment for JOY

Gemstone Joy Layout Treatment

I received a call from a Montana reader requesting if I might have a crystal grid for JOY.  A Crystal grid is a layout of crystals chosen for a specific purpose, placed in sacred geometry patterns to connect, clear, amplify, generate and re-direct energy.  Often these geometric grids are put on an alter, table or floor. I informed the caller that I don’t work with this type of grids.  I do gemstone layout treatments that are directly placed on the client.

I promised the following Gemstone JOY Layout Treatment for my Montana Reader:

Gemstone Joy Layout Treatment1.  Find a quiet time to relax on a floor mat or bed when there will be no interruptions for 15-20 minutes.

3. Next, place a Sunstone on your Solar Plexus Chakra.  Sunstone is about optimism. It is joyful and allows the real self to shine through happily.

5. The last stone to place is a Green Tourmaline on the Brow Chakra. This gemstone brings gratitude, joy, happiness and compassion.

When all stones are in place, take several deep breaths inhaling through the nose and exhaling out the mouth, then relax and enjoy.  At the beginning feel free to repeat a simple JOY AFFIRMATION such as “JOY IS IN MY HEART AND IN MY LIFE”.
