I wanted to share this Essential Oil Body Map featured on one of my Pinterest Boards.  This information is helpful especially for anyone wanting to know more about the healing properties of different Essential Oils.  However, I do want to point out again that I only use and recommend Young Living Essential Oils.

BRIDGE TO HEALING

From some of the smallest books out there comes truly great self-healing options. One of those books I recommend is Cell-Level Healing The Bridge From Soul to Cell by Joy Whiteley Hawkes, Ph.D.  The following ‘Bridge to Healing’ exercise for inflammation of arthritis and joints shows how thought energy can change the functioning of our cells to repair and renew the body:

 BRIDGE TO HEALING EXERCISE FOR INFLAMMATION

I like to begin Dr. Hawkes’ exercise by first getting in a relaxed position.  You can practice this exercise with eyes closed or opened, looking at a picture of a waterfall, if it helps to visualize.

Take 3 deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth then resume normal breathing.

Imagine a cool mountain waterfall pouring through your body and washing over your hot joints, carrying the inflammation down and out through the bottoms of your feet.

Visualize the cells that respond to the inflammatory signals beginning to slow down and return to normal patterns of inactive restfulness.

Visualize them remaining quiet until they are truly needed to fight a specific illness. Repeat this exercise as often as you want to continue the Cell-Level Energy Healing.
