Remove those ‘I want you to like me’ stickers from your forehead and, instead,
place them where they truly will do the most good—ON THE MIRROR!

It makes sense I would recommend Debbie Ford’s book first. It was part of my homework when attending training and I quite often recommend it to my clients for their homework. One of my favorite quotes from this book is “The deeper truth is that I have a story but I am not my story.”
Here is a small snippet taken from chapter one: “I spent the next ten years of my life examining not only my own story but the stories of others. While on this journey I learned three very important things: First, we create our life stories in our attempt to become someone or something. Second, our stories hold the key to our unique purpose in life and to its fulfillment. And Third, hidden in the shadow of our story is a very special secret; once this secret is unveiled, we will stand in awe of the magnificence of our own humanity.”

If you have hip issues and enjoy working with gemstones, Red Calcite is a jewel of an asset. At a physical level, it heals hip and lower limb problems, loosening up joints and on a subtle level it removes the blockages that prevent you from stepping forward in your life. Also the hips are considered one of the emotional centers of the body The hips are known as support areas: the right hip *Lack of Financial Support, and the left *Lack of Emotional Support. Other gemstones that work with hip issues: Jade, Tiger Iron, Smoky Quartz and Azurite.
Many of you are probably too young to remember the character Tarzan, or had little brothers running around the house pounding the center of their chest like a drum pretending to be Tarzan of the jungle. Now I know that they were doing some great energy healing. Tapping the area over the thymus gland is a simple technique that awakens the body’s energies, helps the immune system, and increases your strength and vitality. This is especially true if your immune system is being challenged if you are catching a cold, fighting an infection or if you are feeling a little down.
The Tarzan thump is a simple technique: Take the four fingers of both hands and tap the center between the breasts, or you can make like Tarzan and tap with one fist. Tap firmly, breathe slowly and deeply, in through your nose and out through your mouth for two or three deep breaths. This is one of those exercises that you can repeat throughout the day which will help stimulate and reset the thymus gland. Happy thumping.
Chanting OM is recommended to release blockages that might be present in your throat region. The OM sound is believed to have a positive effect on the nervous system, to strengthen the respiratory system and to energize every part of the body. Chanting its three syllables sets up rebalancing vibrations in your body. Here are the components of OM – AAAH OU MMMMM and directions on how to chant:
AAAH -open mouth wide and begin to loudly chant the initial syllable, AAAH, letting the sound begin in the pit of your abdomen.
OU - Gradually round your lips to allow the sound to morph into OU. Feel it move up through your chest and throat region.
MMMMM - Continue rounding your lips more tightly to form the final sound, MMMMM. Let the sound vibrate in your head and face, especially in your sinus cavities.
Feel free to repeat OM Chanting slowly, making each part of the sound as long as possible. The sounds can become softer and softer until you are whispering or humming the chant. Then begin to make the sound gradually louder again.
Today I want to briefly go over the seven rights of the seven major chakras. First (Root) chakra is the right to be here and the right to have. Second (Sacral) chakra is the right to feel and the right to want. Third (Solar-plexus) chakra is the right to act and the right to be free. Fourth (Heart) chakra is the right to love and be loved. Fifth (Throat) chakra is the right to speak and hear truth. Sixth (Brow) chakra is the right to see. Seventh (Crown) chakra is the right to know.
This is a powerful chakra affirmation:
Repeat it as often as you feel it is needed.

Somewhere, there are people
to whom we can speak with passion
without having the words catch in our throats.
Somewhere a circle of hands will open to receive us,
eyes will light up as we enter, voices will celebrate
whenever we come into our own power.
Community means strength that joins us our strength
to do the work that needs to be done.
Arms to hold us when we falter.
A circle of healing. A circle of friends.
we can be free.
I like to diffuse ImmuPower Essential Oil in the morning and again in the evening and apply Thieves Essential Oil to the feet. The next day, I alternate diffuse Thieves in the morning and evening, and apply ImmuPower to the throat, thymus (include thymus tapping), and feet. During the cold and flu season, I truly appreciate these two ‘Essential Oil Warriors.’ ImmuPower blend helps raise the frequency of the immune system which helps overcome the flu, colds, respiratory problems, infections, etc. Thieves has highly anti-viral, antiseptic properties of the single oils contained in this blend which helps protect the body from the onset of flu, colds, etc.
