The following Sore Throat Spray includes the energy healing properties of Peppermint, Thieves, and Lemon Essential Oils..  It is very important when shopping for essential oils that the labels specifically state that the products are 100% therapeutic-grade essential oils.

Energy Healing Sore Throat SpraySore Throat Spray Recipe

2 oz. dark (blue or brown) glass spray bottle
1 1/2 oz. Purified Water
10 drops YLTG Thieves Essential Oil (Blend of highly antiviral, antiseptic,  & antibacterial essential oils)
5 drops YLTG Peppermint essential oil (Pain-reliever, antibacterial & antiviral)
5 drops YLTG Lemon essential oil (antiseptic and immune stimulant-increases white blood cells)
1 tsp. raw organic honey

Before using shake well, then spray 1-2 squirts on the back of the throat for soothing relief.

I recommend and use exclusively Young Living Essential Oils for myself and clients.

Please note that Clary Sage essential oil contains natural phytoestrogens.  It has a mellow, warm, herbal scent that is uplifting and relaxing, making it a perfect choice for supporting a normal, healthy attitude during PMS.

If you are not wanting to invest in all five essential oils, you can get great comfort from R.H.M. by just using  Clary Sage essential oil.  It is also supportive for menopausal women.

How would you like to receive the fragrant influence of the following essential oils: the invigorating aroma of Eucalyptus, the uplifting spirit of Geranium, and the stimulating fragrance of Peppermint?  Here is the recipe for ‘Pick-Me-Up’ Spray Mist to enjoy and share with others.

Pick-Me-Up Spray MistIngredients needed for ’Pick-Me-Up’ Spray Mist:

1 drop eucalyptus essential oil

2 drops geranium essential oil

3 drops peppermint essential oil

Following is how to make this spray mist:

1. Fill a clean 4 ounce dark colored glass spray bottle with pure distilled water.

2. Carefully put the selected blend of essential oils listed above into the spray bottle.

3. Tightly close the bottle and shake vigorously to combine.

4.Be sure to shake it before each use, as the water and essential oils tend to separate.

It helps digest food, curb the appetite, and it can stop nausea from stomach upset or indigestion.   Also a tiny bit can be placed on the tongue to freshen your breath instead of mints or gum.

1. Add a drop into your herbal tea to help aid normal digestion.
