October Accepting Change

October, with the amazing transforming to fall colors, is an excellent time to consider Accepting Change.  Author Karen Frazier, in her book, CRYSTALS FOR HEALING, states “Many people find change difficult because they fear the unknown…However, change is a necessary and natural part of life”.  Following are Mind, Heart & Soul Crystal Remedies for Accepting Change found in chapter 4 of her book.

MEDITATION MANTRA

October Accepting Change

1.  Sit quietly in a comfortable position with your eyes closed.  Place both hands gently over your heart chakra.

2.  Breathe deeply and visualize pure white energy flowing from above, down through your crown chakra, through your arms and hands, and into your heart chakra.

3.  Repeat the mantra, sitting quietly for at least 10 minutes or until you feel at peace.

REMEDY #1:  WATERMELON TOURMALINE

During periods of tumultuous change in your life, carry a piece of watermelon tourmaline in your pocket or wear watermelon tourmaline in a necklace.  It will help bring acceptance and clarity to your situation.  Watermelon tourmaline promotes all types of love, balances energies, inspires creativity, allows connection with nature, balances chakras, heals emotional pain, and brings one peace and calmness.

REMEDY #2:  PREHNITE & CLEAR QUARTZ GRID

Set up a simple grid with a prehnite center stone and three clear quartz points arranged in a triangle around the center stone, with the points facing away from the center. The quartz points will amplify the power of the prehnite, which provides inner strength and acceptance of new circumstances.  The Direction of the quartz points moves the energy in the direction the point faces, in this case, sending it out into the surrounding area.  Prehnite also cleanses and detoxifies energy fields.
