A ritual is a ceremony or action performed in a customary way. It can be any act or practice regularly repeated in a set precise manner to improve physical, mental or spiritual health. Each morning I get up very early prepare my breakfast latte and my ‘Dave’s Killer Bread’ toast and begin my morning reading before my walk. I don’t think of this as a habit, it is my Healthy Morning Ritual.
