International Womenn's Day

International Women’s Day (March 8)  became a tradition in the early 1900s. It is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity (the state or condition of being equal, especially regarding status or pay).
