Resolving Solar Plexus Chakra Negativity

The Solar Plexus is the center of personal identity.  It has to do with self-definition and confidence.  The Positive Archetype is the Warrior.  Warriors have the inner strength and resilience to see their dreams materialize.  The Negative Archetype is the Servant.  Servants work hard for others’ acknowledgement.  They sabotage themselves by giving their power to others.

Function:  This energy center houses willpower and self-esteem.  Solar Plexus Chakra rules all aspects of our personality and ego.  Ultimately it helps us choose what and who are for our highest good.

Physical Body Energy:  Pancreas filters energy into our vital organs so that they can break down nutrients for digestion on the physical level with food and on the mental level with ideas.

Emotional Body Energy:  Self-worth, confidence, and power.  These emotions help us take a stand four ourselves.  If we are comfortable with our power, we will act confidently and exercise freedom of choice in most matters.

Mental Body Energy:  Attitudes of being well with ourselves, knowing our worth, and linking into personal power.

6.  Ask yourself if you are worthy of the life you say you want.

7.  Discover your talents and gifts.

8.  Try new things. Experience of self develops from placing yourself in opportunity situations.

9.  Travel and exploration help define you in the face of adversity and challenge.

10.  Learn to recognize character and integrity in yourself and others.

EFT Tapping For Fear

Tapping For Fear

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) has become a very simple and effective tapping practiced by adults as well as children.  It is universally used by professionals as well as novice for physical, emotional, and performance issues.

The Tapping is done with two or more fingertips. This is so you can cover a larger area and thereby insure that your Tapping covers the correct point.  While you can tap with the fingertips of either hand, most people use their dominant hand. You tap approximately 5 times on each point.   Where there are two identical points on each side of the body, you can choose to do only one side or both.  Before beginning a series of tapping, rate the intensity of how you are feeling from 0-10 (10 being the most upset).  This will measure how often you may need to repeat the tapping series.  Read the script out loud, allowing your emotions to be heard.


Begin with tapping side of right hand and repeat the following out loud:

1.  Even though I am so afraid, I accept how I feel.

2.  Even though my stomach does a flip whenever I think of_____. I love and accept myself anyway.

3.  Even though I don’t feel in control when I’m afraid and that makes me even more afraid, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

Now tap on the following points:              Tapping For Fear 

Tapping for Fear1.  Top of Head:  This fear

Edge of Eyebrow: It’s everywhere

Side of Eye:  It feels

Under Eye:   It just won’t go away

Under Nose:  I’m afraid

Under Chin: I’m not safe

Collar Bone:  This awful fear

2.  Top of Head:   My stomach churns whenever I think of . . .

Edge of Eyebrow: I feel awful

Side of Eye:  I don’t want to feel this

Under Eye:  It’s too scary

Under Nose:  And dark

Under Chin:  This fear is going to kill me

Collar Bone:  No it won’t!

Under Arm:  Yes it will

3.  Top of Heat:What can I do?

Edge of Eyebrow: Breathe

Side of Eye: BreatheTapping For Fear

Under Eye:  And tap

Under Nose:  Tap

Under Chin:  Tap

4.  Top of Head: Feel some of the fear

Edge of Eyebrow:  And breathe

Side of Eye:  Breathe

Under Eye:   And tap

Under Nose:  Breathe and tap

Under Chin:  Breathe and tap

Collar Bone That feels better

Under arm:  The fear feels smaller
